We're thrilled to share some recent success stories:

A former Garbage Truck Driver who experienced a back injury was referred for vocational services. Facing sedentary restrictions and the inability to drive commercial vehicles, Vocamotive provided him with training in MS Office programs. This led to a job offer as a Wholesale Rep for a fishing equipment company. He's now happy with his new computer skills and new job, where he can leverage his passion as an avid fisherman.

Another placement involved a former Police Officer who, after sustaining an injury, was left with sedentary work restrictions. After training at Vocamotive, this individual secured a new job in Surveillance Operations at a casino. This role allowed him to put his law enforcement experience to great use, and he is happy with his new job.

Among our favorite placements from 2024, we helped a 72-year-old former CNA who became an Activities Director.

We also assisted a non-English speaking Shipper who transitioned to an Office Clerk role, and a Mechanic who completed CDL training to become an OTR Driver.
